By accessing or using the GlowHub website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations in Thailand.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your password and account.
- Accept all risks of unauthorized access to the registration data.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Content & Reviews
GlowHub allows users to post reviews and clinic owners to update profiles ("User Content").
- License: By posting content, you grant GlowHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content.
- Prohibited Content: You must not post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, illegal, or infringes on any third-party rights.
- Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines without prior notice.
4. Clinic Verification & Claims
Clinic owners must provide valid documentation (Business Registration, Medical License) to claim and verify their listing.
- We reserve the right to reject or revoke verification status if provided documents are found to be fraudulent or expired.
- Verified status does not constitute an endorsement of the medical quality or safety of the clinic's services by GlowHub.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Medical Disclaimer: GlowHub is a directory and information platform, not a medical provider. Content on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, GlowHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
6. Google Maps Platform
GlowHub uses Google Maps Platform APIs to provide map display, clinic location search, and address autocomplete services. By using these features, you agree to be bound by the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. Your use of Google Maps features is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
